No. You can take one area on its own. The advantage of talking to one partner is that the pieces fit together later if you decide to widen the work.
There are four simple stages. We understand the requirement, agree a clear scope, deliver the work, and then review how it is being used. You do not need a finished specification before the first conversation.

No. It is non-clinical. It covers structured learning practice, attention and memory activities, and general wellbeing support in an education setting. It is not therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and we do not present it as such.
Practice in communication, teamwork and workplace readiness for cohorts who are close to employment, along with a review method so the institution can see what changed.
Yes. We regularly plan around institutional initiatives of this kind. Tell us which fund head or component you are working under and the timeline you are held to, and we will shape the scope to fit it.
There is no fixed price list, because the cost depends on the room, the group size, the equipment and the duration. Share your priorities, learner group and timeline and we will put a written scope and cost against it.
Yes. Excellence Carrier Supports Pvt. Ltd. is a registered private limited company with the statutory registrations that institutional procurement normally asks for. If your procurement team needs specific documents for their file, ask us and we will send them.
It depends on the scope and on your approval cycle. Supply and installation work is usually the faster part. Programme work needs a little more lead time, because sessions have to fit your academic calendar.
Yes. Staff readiness is part of the same discussion, not a separate favour. We would rather agree at the start who will be trained and what handover looks like, than leave equipment that nobody is confident using.
Very little. It helps to know the intended use, the group size, the space you have in mind and the date you are working towards. Our Resources page has short checklists you can run through in a few minutes.
Where a programme involves children, we agree the safeguarding expectations with the institution in advance and work inside your rules on supervision, consent and access. Please raise this in the first conversation so it is written into the scope.
We collect only what a programme needs, use it for that programme, and follow the institution's instructions on sharing and retention. If your institution has its own data policy, we work to it. Our Privacy Policy is linked in the footer.
We use structured activities to open up a conversation with the learner. We are careful about how results are read: a profile is a starting point for discussion, not a decision about a young person's future.

Yes. We are based in Gurugram and work with institutions in other states as well. Travel, site visits and delivery are planned into the scope so there is no surprise later.
