It depends on the scope and on your approval cycle. Supply and installation work is usually the faster part. Programme work needs a little more lead time, because sessions have to fit your academic calendar.

Yes. Staff readiness is part of the same discussion, not a separate favour. We would rather agree at the start who will be trained and what handover looks like, than leave equipment that nobody is confident using.

Where a programme involves children, we agree the safeguarding expectations with the institution in advance and work inside your rules on supervision, consent and access. Please raise this in the first conversation so it is written into the scope.
